C-FAR Student Researcher Receives Fellowship

University of Michigan graduate student Biruk Mammo has been awarded a Rackham Predoctoral Fellowship, which supports doctoral candidates whose research is "unusually creative, ambitious, and risk-taking." Mammo's dissertation is The Brain-like Microprocessor: Self-organizing, Redundant, and Reliable. His faculty advisor is Professor Valeria Bertacco, C-FAR's Robust Design theme leader.
