Qureshi Wins HiPC 2014 Best Paper

Georgia Tech Professor Moinuddin Qureshi's paper "Balancing Context Switch Penalty and Response Time with Elastic Time Slicing" was awarded Best Paper at the 20th annual IEEE International Conference on High Performance Computing. The award was announced Dec. 18 at the conference in Goa, India. The paper was co-authored with Georgia Tech researchers Nagakishore Jammula, Ada Gavrilovska, and Jongman Kim.
